IMPORTANT DELIVERY & DISPOSAL INFORMATION

  • Delivery Slot – We will arrange a delivery day to suit you and you will be given a morning or afternoon slot. We are not able to give exact delivery times. Our drivers however are able to contact you by telephone up to 30 minutes before if required. If you have provided us with a mobile number please make sure you are contactable and not out of signal range. If we are unable to reach you by telephone as requested we cannot guarantee delivery as arranged.
  • Assembly – All divan beds are assembled free of charge. Bed frames are delivered flat packed and require self assembly – we can assemble frames at a charge, please ask for details. If you require your goods to be assembled this must be arranged & paid for before delivery.
  • Disposal – We dispose of “like for like” items so please make us aware before delivery if you would like us to dispose of something different to which you are ordering – there may be a charge for this.
    Old bed frames, bunk beds, mid sleepers etc. must be dismantled & all screws removed before we can dispose of them, this must be done prior to delivery.
    Please do not dispose of existing items until you have received your goods from us.
    Do not leave old goods outside (our drivers have the right to refuse wet or soiled goods)
  • Safety -Please make sure that stairs and hallways are clear for delivery drivers.
  • Access – It is your responsibility to make sure that the goods you are ordering will fit up your stairs or in the room of your choice. If we attempt to deliver and the goods will not fit up your stairs the goods can be returned however a 50% charge will apply. This does not apply to special orders where no refund will be given. 
  • Failed Delivery – If our drivers arrive at your address and no one is at the property we will try to contact you. Our drivers are unable to wait more than 15 minutes. We will then arrange for re-delivery (not guaranteed the same day) and a minimum charge of £20 to re-deliver will apply.
  • Settlement – Body shaped impressions are normal. Impression marks – sometimes known as settlement are a normal characteristic of quality mattresses working as intended to conform to the    shape of your body. These will be minimised with regular turning.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Mattress only – Please be aware that some manufacture’s do not guarantee a new mattress on old divan bases. There is no guarantee when putting a new mattress on an old sprung base.
  • Turn & no-turn mattresses – Manufacture’s guidelines state that a mattress should be turned once a week for the first week & once a month there after. A no-turn mattress must be rotated on the same basis. Failure to do this can affect your guarantee.
  • Frames – All frames are flat packed and require self-assembly. Please ask staff for our assembly charges if you need this service.
  • Guarantee – Guarantee’s will vary depending on the manufacturer so please check with us. It is important to remember that guarantee’s can become void if the mattress is stained or marked, not been turned or your base is not fit for purpose.
  • Delivery – Our drivers will deliver your goods to the room of your choice therefore prior to ordering please make sure that all goods will fit up the stairs and in the area required. If delivery is not completed because of this reason then a 50% charge will apply. Unless your goods have been especially ordered then no refund will be given. Please also make yourself aware of our important delivery information.
  • Disposal – We only dispose of “like for like” products. Do not stand old products outside, our drivers will not dispose of wet or soiled goods.
  • Mattress size – Mattresses are handmade products and therefore the measurements may differ slightly from those given. Manufacturing tolerances apply.
  • Cancellation – In the event that you wish to cancel your order you may do so free of charge within 24 hours. This does not apply to bespoke goods. After 24 hours a maximum charge of 50% will apply. An exception to this is if we are unable to deliver your goods within the time period quoted when a full refund will be issued if a new date cannot be mutually agreed.
