Distance Selling Terms & Conditions (telephone & email orders only)
Purchases made over the phone or by email.
- When placing an order over the phone or via email with us we will send you an email confirming your order. This email is acceptance that a contract has been made between us.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (not including manufacturing fault) please contact us in writting within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- You will be given the option to exchange or refund the goods for a full refund as long as the goods are in the same condition and in the original packaging in which they were delivered.
- There must be no damage, stains, smell or settlement (body impressions) present.
- This does not apply to bespoke goods or special orders where no refund will be given unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- It is your responsibility to delivery the goods to us and cover the associated costs. If you are unable to arrange this, we can arrange collection on your behalf for a minimum fee of £25 depending on your location.
- Once we have received the goods in the correct condition a refund will be given.
- Please note that if you do not wish to except these terms & conditions then please do not place an order with us and enter into a contract.
