Terms & Conditions

  • CANCELLATION - For orders made in store - In the event you wish to cancel your order you may do so free of charge within 24 hours. After 24 hours a maximum charge of 50% will apply. This does not apply to bespoke goods. An exception to this is when we are unable to deliver your goods in the time period quoted when a full refund will be issued if a new date cannot be mutually agreed. (Please see below for telephone or emailed orders)
  • BALANCE - All goods must be paid for in full before delivery. We regret we are unable to accept payment on delivery
  • FAILED DELIVERY - We will arrange a delivery date to suit you. We are unable to give exact delivery times. Our drivers are able to contact you 30 minutes before delivery if required. If our drivers arrive at the address and no one is in we will try to contact you. Our drivers are unable to wait more than 15 minutes. We will then have to arrange for re-delivery (not guaranteed the same day) and a minimum charge of £20 to re-delivery will apply. If you have requested a phone call prior to delivery and are un-contactable this will also count as a failed delivery.
  • FREE DELIVERY - Is on all goods purchased over £100 and within a 25 mile radius of either store. We are still able to delivery outside of this area but a delivery charge will apply. 
  • ACCESS - Our drivers will delivery to the room of your choice therefore prior to ordering please make sure all goods will fit up the stairs and in the area required. If delivery is not completed because of this reason a 50% charge will apply. Unless your goods have been especially ordered then no refund will be given. Please make sure all hallways and stairs are clear for delivery. 
  • ASSEMBLY - All divan beds are assembled free of charge. Bed frames are delivered flat packed and require self-assembly. We are able to assemble frames if required please check when ordering as a assembly free may apply. Assembly must be arrange prior to delivery.
  • DISPOSAL -  A minimum spend is required of £100. We dispose of "like for like" items so please make us aware before delivery if you would like us to dispose of something different to which you are ordering - there may be a charge for this. Old bed frames, bunk beds, mid-sleepers etc must be fully dismantled & all screws removed before we can dispose of them, this must be done prior to delivery. Please do not dispose of your exsisting items until you have received your goods from us. Do NOT leave old beds/mattresses OUTSIDE. Our drivers have the right to refuse wet/soiled goods. We will also not dispose of any goods where bed bugs have been present.
  • DAMAGED GOODS / COMPLAINTS  - The team at Bedtime Bed Centre are committed to providing high quality products and service to all our customers. However if you unsatisfied with any aspect of our service please contact us straight away so we are able to discuss the matter with you and have the oppurtunity to put it right. If you feel your product may have a manufacturing fault then please contact us and not the manufacturer. We will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. 

 Orders made by telephone or email - 

  •  When placing an order over the phone or via email with us we will send you an email confirming your order. This email is acceptance that a contract has been made between us.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (not including manufacturing fault) please contact us in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • You will be given the option to exchange or refund the goods for a full refund as long as the goods are in the same condition and in the oringinal packaging in which they were delivered.
  • There must be no damage, stains, smell or settlement (body impressions) present.
  • This does not apply to bespoke goods or special orders where no refund will be given unless there is a manufacturing fault.
  • It is your responsibility to deliver the goods to us and cover the associated costs. If you are unable to arrange this, we can arrange collection on your behalf for a minimum fee of £25 depending on your location.
  • Once we have received the goods in the correct condition a refund will be given.
  • Please note if you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions and please do not place an order with us and enter into a contract.
  • Please note these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
